Current and former employees at Topgolf have come forward with their experiences of workplace violence. In addition to the lawsuits in St. Louis, MO and Las Vegas, NV, workers from multiple locations have reported pervasive sexual harassment and toxicity, instances of intimidation and retaliation, and HR routinely covering up and silencing survivors when they report abuse.
These same workers would like to change this culture and put in place structural workplace reforms that foster an environment where all can thrive.
